We are now seeking a motivated Project Engineer to lead multiple projects with precision, creativity, and dedication — ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction at every stage.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
⚙️ Plan, execute, and deliver signage and interior fit-out projects end-to-end
🤝 Coordinate daily with sales, design, and production teams
📅 Maintain and track project schedules and client timelines
👥 Lead and manage a team of 30+ members effectively
📊 Handle 3–4 active projects while managing 6+ in the pipeline
🏗️ Oversee on-site management to ensure smooth execution and success
📄 Manage the RFI (Request for Information) and submittal processes
💰 Process owner billings and manage project-related accounting
📏 Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and performance standards
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
🔹 6+ years of UAE market experience in signage, interior fit-out, or related fields
🔹 Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (preferred)
🔹 Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
🔹 Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills
🔹 Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
🔹 A proactive attitude, accountability, and courage to take ownership
